Gary Dostal

Gary Dostal is experienced in New Product Development and Continuous Improvement Engineering for mobile equipment in the agricultural tractor and hydraulic mining shovel sectors, including nearly 20 years in Engineering Management. He has coordinated global collaboration between Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality organizations across these product lines as well as construction, forestry, and consumer product sectors. His most recent roles have been Director of Engineering at SPX Flow, a manufacturer of pumps, valves, and heat exchangers for the food and beverage industry, and now serves as Manager – Mechanical Engineering at Komatsu Mining Corporation with a product focus on electric and hybrid mining shovels and blast hole drills.
