Chinmay has a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron and a BS in Metallurgy Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune (India). He has been in the Heat Treatment industry for the last 6 years. He has spent his carrier in management systems, plant operations and is currently the plant manager of Nitrosteel in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
