Kate Kerrigan

Kate Kerrigan specializes in manufacturing and reliability management. She has in-depth experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean Manufacturing. She is a leader in the reliability industry and publishes the blog www.engineerxx.com. She holds certifications for Project Management Professional (PMP), Theory of Constraints (ToC), and is a Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM). Through her teaching, coaching, and mentoring, Kate has led several leading organizations in improving their bottom line and increasing their systems’ reliability. She has a diverse background with industry vertical experience in food and beverage, consumer products, pulp and paper, and automotive industries. Throughout her career, Kate has held positions as a Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, Reliability Leader, Operations Analyst, and Operations Director before starting her own company Kerrigan Consulting LLC. She is a graduate of MSOE, as well as an adjunct trainer for the school.
